Rahi Jeevan Sarnobat

Born on 30th October 1990, Rahi Jeevan Sarnobat is an Indian shooter who predominantly competes in 25m pistol shooting.

Her Achievements:-

• Rahi won her first gold medal at the Commonwealth Youth Games held in Pune, India in the year 2008.
• Won a gold and a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games that took place in New Delhi, India in the year 2010
• Clinched a bronze medal in 25-meter pistol event at the 2011 ISSF World Cup
• In the year 2013, she won the 25 m pistol event at the ISSF (International Shooting Sports Federation) World Cup that was held in Changwon, South Korea.
• At the Commonwealth Games of 2014 that took place in Glasgow, she won the gold medal in women’s 25 m pistol event.
• In the same year 2014, she earned a bronze medal in 25m pistol team event at the Asian Games that was held in Incheon.
• Honoured with country's prestigious Arjuna Award by the National Rifle Association of India in 2015
• Became the first Indian woman to win an individual gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games in the 25-meter pistol event with a game's record score of 34.
• Bagged a gold medal in 25-meter pistol event at the 2019 ISSF World Cup.
