Parattu Raveendran Sreejesh

Parattu Raveendran Sreejesh was born on 8^th May 1988. He is an Indian field hockey player who has given his crucial participation to the Indian hockey team in several national as well as international hockey events. 

His Achievements:-

• Won the ‘Best Goalkeeper of the Tournament' for the second time at the 2013 Asia Cup held in Malaysia.
• Entitled as the ‘Goalkeeper of the Tournament’ at the 2014 Champions Trophy, held in India.
• Won a gold medal with the team at the 2014 Asian Game held in Incheon.
• Bagged a silver medal with the team at the 2014 Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow.
• Earned a bronze medal at the 2015 Men’s FIH Hockey World League, held in Raipur.
• Bagged a silver medal at the 2016 Men’s Hockey Champions Trophy held in London.
• Was appointed as the captain of the Indian Hockey Team on 13th July 2016.
• Led the Indian team to the quarterfinals of the 2016 Summer Olympics, held in Rio.
• Contributed his sincere efforts to the Indian team in winning the silver medal at the 2016 Men's Hockey Champions Trophy event, held in London.
