Born on 11th January 1996 in Bhiwani district, Manish Kaushik is an Indian lightweight division boxer who has recently bagged a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games of 2018. Manish chose boxing as a career after joining the Indian Army.

- Manish won a gold medal in his weight category in Doha International Boxing Tournament of 2015, held in Doha, Qatar.
- He became the national champion for the first time in 2017 after defeating the defending champion Shiva Thapa.
- In 2017 Kazakhstan International Boxing Tournament, Kaushik won a silver medal in his weight category.
- Manish bagged a gold medal in the Asian Games Test event 2018 that held in Jakarta, Indonesia
