Johanna Konta

Australian-born Johanna Konta is a professional tennis player who represented Australia until 2012 and is currently playing for Great Britain. Konta has won 3 singles titles on the WTA Tour, as well as 11 singles and 4 doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. She is currently ranked World No. 18 in singles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). Konta is the current British no. #1 who reached her career-high singles top ranking of world No. #4 on 17 July 2017.

Konta was born to Hungarian parents in Sydney, Australia and moved to the UK when she was 14 years old. After becoming a British citizen in May 2012, she changed her sporting affection from Australia to the UK.
