Jaspal Rana

Born on June 28, 1976, Jaspal Rana is an Indian shooter who reigned shooting field by predominantly participating in 25 m Centre Fire Pistol category.

A glimpse of his achievements:-

• Rana won a gold medal at the 1994 Asian Games which were held in Hiroshima. For his excellent performance, he received the honor of Arjuna Award at the age of eighteen. 
• He gained gold medals in 25m Standard Pistol and 25m Center Fire Pistol at the 2006 Asian Games held on 7-8th Dec 2006.
• At the 2006 Commonwealth Games, Jaspal Rana bagged a gold medal in Men's 25m Centre Fire Pistol (Pairs) with Samaresh Jung.
• He made a world record in 25 m Center Fire Pistol event by aggregating 590 points.
• He has earned more than 600 Medals at the national and international levels with his sincere efforts.
