Virender Singh (Goonga Pehelwan)

Virender Singh, also known as "Goonga Pehelwan," is a renowned Indian boxer born in 01 Apr, 1986, in Bhiwani, Haryana. Despite being deaf and mute, Virender has achieved remarkable success in the sport of boxing. He won a silver medal at the 2005 Deaflympics and a gold medal at the 2015 World Deaf Wrestling Championships. Virender's determination and skill have inspired many, breaking barriers and proving that disabilities can't hinder one's dreams.
