Roger Federer

Born on 8^th August 1981, Roger Federer is a professional tennis player from Switzerland. He is regarded as one of the greatest tennis players ever.

His Achievements:-

• Dominated the Wimbledon Championship eight times in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012 and 2017 held at the All England Club in Wimbledon, London.
• Won the Australian Open six times in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2010, 2017 and 2018 held in Australia.
• Won the U. S. Open five times in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, held in the United States.
• Bagged a gold medal at the 2008 Olympic Games, held in Beijing.
• Secured victory at the 2009 French Open, held in France.
• Clinched a silver medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in the singles event, held in London.
• Bagged his 100th Career Singles title at the Dubai Tennis Championship 2019 which was his 8th Dubai Tennis title and became the second person to reach the mark in the Open Era.
