Rajiv Tomar

Born on 31st December 1980, Rajiv Tomar is a professional Indian wrestler who has represented India in several national as well as international wrestling events in 120- freestyle category.

A brief account of his major encompassments is given here:-

• 1998- Earned a bronze medal in Men’s Freestyle 90 kg at the Asian Championships.
• 2007- Won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Championships
• 2010- Won the traditional Indian wrestling "Hind Kesari" and was also honored with the "Arjuna Award" by the Government of India.
• 2014- Secured a silver medal in men’s Freestyle 125 kg category at the Commonwealth Games.
