- Won a gold medal in the 4 x 400m event at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, held in New Delhi, India
- Won a gold medal in 4 x 400m relay at the 2010 Asian Games, held in Guangzhou, China
- Secured a gold medal in 4 x 400m relay at the 2014 Asian Games, held in Incheon, South Korea
