Born on 9th December 1968, Kurt Steven Angle is a professional wrestler and a prominent actor from America who has earned numerous accolades in his wrestling career. He is amongst a few wrestlers in the history who have dominated WWE, World Heavyweight Championship, WCW, Total Nonstop Action (TNA) wrestling, and IWGP World Championships.
His Achievements:-
- Pennsylvania State Wrestling Champion in 1987
- Clarion University Freshman of the Year in 1988
- Won Canadian Cup Championship in 1990
- Won gold medal at the FILA (Federation Internationale des Luttes Associees) World Championships, held in United States, in the year 1995
- Won Olympic gold medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics held in Atlanta
- Bestowed with Future Legend Award in the year 2000
- Kurt's name was inducted into the National Amateur Wrestling Hall of Fame as well as USA Wrestling Hall of Fame in the year 2001.
- In 2003, a famous sports magazine Pro Wrestling Illustrated entitled him as the "Wrestler of the Year", “Rookie of the Year" and "Most Popular Wrestler of the Year".
