Jennifer Botterill

Jennifer Botterill, born on 1 May 1979, is a retired ice hockey player from Canada. She played for the national women’s hockey team of Canada, Mississauga Chiefs and the Toronto Aeros. She won the Patty Kazmaier Award twice (being the first player to do so) as the top player in the U.S. Women’s college hockey.

Her other Achievements:-

• Earned gold medals in 2002, 2006 and 2010 and a silver medal in 1998 at the Winter Olympics held in Salt Lake City, Torino, Vancouver and Nagano respectively.
• Bagged five gold medals in the years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2007 and three silver medals in 2005, 2008 and 2009 at the IIHF World Women’s Championships.
• She is selected as an Athlete Ambassador for the Right to Play.
