Achievements:-

  • The only swimmer who has represented India at the Summer Olympics of 2012 where he finished seventh in heat 1 of the 1500m freestyle event.
  • Roped in six gold medals and two bronze medals at the National Games, held in Jharkhand in 2011.
  • Secured silver medal at the Asian age-group Championship in 2011
