Eric Gordon Murray is a New Zealand rower who was born on 6th May 1982.
His Achievements:-
- Bagged gold medals at the World Championships of 2007, 2009 and 2010 held in Munich, Poznan, and Karapiro respectively
- Won New Zealand’s Team of the Year Award in 2009, 2012 and 2014 with Hamish Bond
- Won gold medals at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympic Games, held in London and Rio de Janerio respectively
- Became the Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the 2013 New Year Honours for his services to rowing
- Honored with the prestigious Halberg Award in 2012 and 2014 with Hamish Bond
