Born on 23rd July 1990, Yuzvendra Singh Chahal is an attacking right-arm leg break googly bowler who predominantly represents India in ODIs and T20Is. Not known to many, he is also a former chess player who has represented India at youth levels internationally. He hails from Haryana and so represents the state team in domestic cricket and a member of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL. He made his ODI debut on 11th June 2016 against Zimbabwe and T20I debut on 18th June 2016, that too against the same national side.

Became the first bowler for India to take a 5-wicket haul in T20Is with a figure of 6/25 in February 2017, against England
Became only the third Indian bowler to take 50 wickets in T20Is in November 2019, against Bangladesh and the fastest Indian to do so
