Varsha Varman was born on 1st June 1994. She is a professional sports shooter from Madhya Pradesh and a member of the Indian Shooting team. She is the youngest sportswoman from Madhya Pradesh to have won a medal in the Asian Games. Also, she is the only athlete to have represented Madhya Pradesh in the Commonwealth Games.
Her achievements:-
- Honoured with the prestigious Ekalavya Award in 2013
- Bagged a gold medal at the 2014 Asian Games in Women’s Double Trap team event, held in Incheon, South Korea
- Also, received the Vikram Award in 2015 for her outstanding performance
- Won a gold medal in the National Shotgun Championship 2018 in woman's trap event
