Born on 30 December 1992 in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, Sourabh Verma is a badminton player from India who is a three-time men’s singles champion at the Indian National Championships. He started playing badminton at a young age, as suggested by his father. Currently, he is training under the guidance of Pullela Gopichand, the national coach of India. His younger brother Sameer Verma is also a badminton player.

- Clinched the titles of the Hyderabad Open and Vietnam Open Super 100 events in 2019
- Bagged a silver medal in the 2019 Syed Modi International Badminton Championships in the men’s singles event
- Emerged victorious at the 2019 Slovenian International by defeating Minoru Koga of Japan
- Won the Russian Open and Dutch Open Super 100 events in 2018 in the men’s singles category
- Winner of the men’s singles event at the 2016 Chinese Taipei Masters
- Bagged the titles of 2014 Austrian International and Iran Fajr International, 2013 Tata Open India International and the 2011 Bahrain International tournaments.
