Muhammed Anas Yahiya

Muhammed Anas Yahiya is a young Indian sprinter born in Kerala, India on 17th September 1994. He specializes in the 400 meters event, and his performance has significantly boosted the position of the national relay team at international level competitions.

 Accomplishments:-

• The third Indian to qualify for 400 meters race in the Olympics after Milkha Singh and K.M. Binu.
• Also qualified for 400 meters and the 4x400 metres relay at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janerio.
• He broke the national record in 400 meters at the Polish Athletics Championship, held in Poland in June 2016.
