Born on 3rd December 1982, Mithali Raj is one of the greatest all-rounders of the Indian Women's cricket team. She is also known as "Tendulkar of Indian Women's Cricket". Mithali Raj has scored 6,888 runs (as of Dec 2019) in 209 International ODIs at an average of 50.64, while she has scored 663 runs (as of Dec 2019) in 10 Tests, including a double century and four fifties. Mithali is the only Indian female cricketer to score 2364 runs in 84 innings in the T20I format. Mithali has retired from T20I in September 2019.

Mithali is the highest run-scorer in women's international cricket.
Mithali is the first woman cricketer who scored seven consecutive fifties in ODI. Overall, Javed Miandad is the only player ahead of Mithali, who scored nine consecutive fifties.
Mithali holds the record for the 2nd highest scores in women's test cricket with 214 runs.
She is the highest run-scorer in ODIs, i.e. 6888 runs. She surpassed Charlotte Edwards of England with 5992 runs.
She is the first Indian and 5th female cricketer to score more than 1,000 World Cup runs.
She was awarded the "Youth Sports Icon of Excellence Award" at the Radiant Wellness Conclave, Chennai, in 2017.
Mithali Raj got featured on BBC's 100 Women list in 2017.
Mithali became the first woman to play 200 ODIs on 1st February 2019.
She got nominated for the Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Award for ICC Female Cricketer of the Decade & Women's ODI cricketer of the decade in November 2020.
In 2021, she is honoured with the Highest Sporting Honour of India - the Major Dhyanchand Khel Ratna Award.
She was the leading run-scorer in the women's international cricket in July 2021 in the third ODI match against England.
