Misty Elizabeth May-Treanor

One of the most successful beach volleyball players Misty Elizabeth May-Treanor was born on 30^th July 1977. Being a three times Olympic gold medalist, she is very popular among beach volleyball lovers.

Here are some of her greatest achievements:-

• In 1999, Winnipeg Pan American Games, Misty procured a bronze medal in indoor volleyball.
• She won three gold medals in the Olympic beach volleyball events (2004, 2008, and 2012), held in Athens, Beijing and London.
• She also earned three gold medals in the World Championships of the year 2003, 2005, and 2007, held in Rio de Janeiro, Berlin, and Gstaad, respectively.
• Apart from sports, Misty has also participated in several prominent television shows like "Dancing with the Stars," and "Wizards of Waverly place" etc.
