Michelle Sung Wie

Born on 11th October 1989, in Honolulu, Michelle Sung Wie is a professional golfer who performs at various events from the United States. The young player turned professional before her 16th birthday and bagged her first victory at the Women's major golf championships in 2014, dominating the U.S. Open.

Her major accomplishments:-

• Selected the Laureus World Newcomer of the Year in 2005.
• Emerged victorious at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational Tournament that held on 15th November 2009.
• Won the CN Canadian Women's Open by three strokes on 29th August 2010.
• Won the LPGA Lotte Championship by two winning strokes on 19th April 2014.
• Received the Rolex Annika Major Award in 2014.
