Michelle Denee Carter

Born on 12th October 1985, Michelle Denee Carter is a shot-putter from the United States. She is the current shot-put record holder with a distance of 20.63m, set at the 2016 Rio Olympics where she has won a gold medal.

Some of her career Achievements:-

• Won the bronze medal at the 2015 IAAF World Championships.
• Bagged gold medal in 2016 and bronze medal in 2012 at the IAAF World Indoor Championships.
• Earned a bronze medal at the 2011 Pan American Games.
• Won a gold medal at the World Junior Championships in 2004.
• Bagged a silver medal at the 2001 World Youth Championships.
