Born on 18th April 1987, in New York, Matthew John Anderson is a prominent volleyball player of the United States men's national volleyball team. He also plays for the Russian club Zenit Kazan.

- Bagged a gold medal at the FIVB Volleyball men's World Cup, held in 2015 in Japan
