- In juniors category, she won silver medal at the Asian Air Gun Championships of 2012 which was held in China.
- At the Asian Air Gun Championships of 2013, held in Tehran, Goel earned a gold medal in the Youths section with a score of 197.7 points.
- Won the silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland in the Women's 10m Air Pistol competition, held in the year 2014
- Earned a bronze medal in the 10-metre air pistol event at the 59th National Shooting Championship which was held in New Delhi in 2015
