Mahesh Mangaonkar

Mahesh Mangaonkar, born on 23 Mar, 1994 in Mumbai, India, is a rising star in the world of squash. He discovered his passion for the sport at a young age and quickly rose through the ranks of the junior circuit. As a professional player, Mangaonkar has represented India in numerous international tournaments, showcasing his talent and determination on the court. He has won several titles on the PSA World Tour and continues to climb the world rankings. Off the court, Mangaonkar is known for his humility and dedication to promoting squash in India. His Achievements:-

• Won the prestigious British Junior Open Squash Championship under-15 category in 2009, held in Manchester, England
• The first Indian to dominate the IMET Open, held in the Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, in 2013
• Helped the Indian team win a gold medal at the Asian Games, held in Incheon in the year 2014
• Reached a career-high world ranking of no.44 in January 2015
• Won the 2016 Sekisui Open held at Kriens, Switzerland
