Kateřina Siniaková

Kateřina Siniaková is a professional tennis player from the Czech Republic who has won two singles title and eleven doubles titles on the WTA Tour and seven singles and four doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. She is currently ranked World No. 75 in singles and World No. 02 (as of 14 June 2021) in doubles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). Siniaková reached her career-high singles top ranking of world No. 31 on 22 October 2018 and a career-high of world No. 1 in doubles for the first time on 22 October 2018 and held the top ranking for 33 consecutive weeks.

Here are some of her career major achievements

• In late 2012, Siniaková became the world No. 2 junior tennis player.
• In 2013 with fellow Czech Barbora Krejčíková, she bagged three girls' doubles titles; the French Open, the Wimbledon and the US Open.
• Earned her first and only WTA 125K series finals at 2014 Open de Limoges with her partner Renata Voráčová.
• In 2017, Siniaková won two WTA career finals singles titles including the Shenzhen Open and Swedish Open.
• Bagged two consecutive Grand Slam titles with Barbora Krejčíková at the 2018 French Open and the 2018 Wimbledon Championships.
• Siniaková's biggest singles breakthrough came at the 2019 French Open where she thrashed the world No. 1 Naomi Osaka, en route to the fourth round. 
• Finished the 2021 Australian Open as doubles runner-up with her compatriot Barbora Krejčíková where she lost to Elise Mertens and Aryna Sabalenka.
• Clinched two Premier 5 finals events with Barbora Krejčíková including 2019 Canadian Open and the 2021 Madrid Open.
• Along with fellow Czech teammate Barbora Krejčíková, Siniakova registered the victory 6-4, 6-2 over Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Iga Swiatek in the women’s doubles final of the 2021 French Open.
