Born on 2nd September 1952, Jimmy Connors is a former World No.1 tennis player from America. He is the first male player in the history of the sport who sustained his No.1 rank for more than 260 weeks.

- Connors is the first male tennis player to win five US Open titles in between 1974-1983.
