Isabell Werth, born on July 21, 1969, is a German equestrian. She is a world record holder for winning the most Olympic medals as an equestrian athlete.

- Earned six gold medals in team and individual dressage events in the years 1992, 1996, 2000, 2008 and 2016 and four silver medals in the individual dressage event in 1992, 2000, 2008 and 2016 at the Summer Olympics
