Hashim Mohammad Amla

Hashim Mahomed Amla is one of the finest South African cricketers who play all formats of cricket. He is the fourth cricketer to score centuries against all Test playing countries in the history of cricket. He has reshuffled many records including touching the milestone in 167 innings. He announced his retirement in 2019.

Here are some of his career achievements:

• The fastest cricketer to make 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 runs in ODIs
• The fastest cricketer to reach the 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd ODI centuries’ mark
• The first South African cricketer to score a triple century in a Test (311 against England in 2012)
• In 2013, Amla was ranked world number 1 batsman in ODI and Test rankings
• Till 2019, he made 28 Test and 27 ODI centuries
