Born on 22nd April 1990, in Perth, Eve Muirhead is a young and talented Scottish curler. She has dominated the World Junior Championship for four times in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. Eve has participated in numerous international events.
A glimpse of her career achievements is given here:-
- Bronze medal at the Olympics Games of 2014, held in Sochi.
- Earned silver, gold and bronze medal at the World Curling Championships of 2010, 2013 and 2017, held in Riga, Swift Current and Beijing respectively.
- Seven gold medals at the Scottish Women's Curling Championship, held in between 2009-2017 in Perth.
- Bagged one gold, four silver and two bronze medals at the European Curling Championships, held in between 2010-2016.
- Bagged a gold medal at the European Mixed Championship, held in Erzurm in 2012.
- In December 2009, she was entitled as the BBC Scotland “Young Sports Personality of the Year”.
