Brian Boitano

Born on 22nd October 1963, Brian Anthony Boitano from Sunnyvale, California, is a figure skater who has earned the title of World Champion in figure skating through his astounding individual performance at Geneva and Budapest, respectively.

Some of his achievements:-

• Gold medal at the Olympic Games of 1988 that was held in Calgary
• Became the World Champion at the tournament, held in Switzerland in the year 1986
• Sustained the title of National Champion of the United States in figure skating in between 1985 –1988
• Earned the title at the World Championship, held in Hungary in the year 1988
• Inducted into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 1996
• In the same year (1996), Boitano became an honorary member of the United States Figure Skating Hall of Fame.
