Anna Veith, born on June 18, 1989, is a World Cup alpine ski racer from Austria. She made her debut at the World Cup in November 2006 at the age of 17. She is awarded the title of Austrian Sportswoman of the Year in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Some of her career Achievements:-
- Won a gold medal in the Super-G and a silver medal in the giant slalom at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
- Bagged three gold medals, two silver medals and a bronze medal in different events at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships.
- Earned a gold medal and a silver medal in 2006, two golds and a silver medal in 2008 and a bronze medal in 2009 at the Junior World Ski Championships.
- Honored with “the Grand Decoration of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria” in 2016.
