Anna van der Breggen

Anna van der Breggen was born on 18 April 1990 and is a racing cyclist from Netherlands. In 2014 Road World Championships in Spain, she broke her pelvis in a crash. However, Anna recovered to win the 2015 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad – Women's race.

Some of her career achievements are:-

• Won the gold medal in the road race event and the bronze medal in the time trial event in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
• Bagged silver medals at the 2015 UCI Road World Championships in the time trial as well as road race event
• Honored with the “Gerrit Schulte Trophy” for the best Dutch of cyclist of the year in 2015
