Anastasia Bliznyuk

Anastasia Ilyinichna Bliznyuk was born on 28^th June 1994 in Ukraine. She is a group rhythmic gymnast representing Russia. She is a two-time Olympic medalist, winning gold medals in the group all-around event in 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics held in London and Rio de Janeiro respectively.

Her other Achievements:-

• Won a gold medal and a bronze medal in the 2 Ribbon+3 Balls and Group all-around events respectively at the 2013 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships
• Bagged three gold medals at the Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships in 2012 and 2016
• Earned gold medals at the 2013 Summer Universiade in group all-around, 10 clubs and 2 ribbon+3 balls events
