Alina Maksymenko

Born on 10^th July 1991, Alina Maksymenko is a retired individual Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast. At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, she participated as a member of the Ukrainian group and finished eighth in the finals of group all-around. She has also qualified for the 2012 London Olympics.

Some of her career Achievements are:-

• Bagged bronze medals in 2011 and 2013 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in the team and clubs events.
• Earned a silver medal in 2013 and bronze medals in 2009 and 2011 Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships.
• Won the silver medal and the bronze medal in hoop and clubs respectively in 2011 and the silver medal in clubs and the bronze medal in hoop event in 2013 at the Summer Universiade.
