Sebastian Coe

Born on 29th September 1956, Sebastian Newbold Coe, Baron Coe is a former track and field athlete and a politician from Great Britain.

His Achievements:-

• Bagged a bronze medal at the 1978 European Athletics Championships, held in Prague.
• Won a gold and a silver medal at the 1980 Olympic Games, held in Moscow.
• Secured a gold medal at the 1982 European Athletics Championships, held in Athens.
• Clinched one gold and one silver medal at the 1984 Olympic Games, held in Los Angeles.
• Bagged one gold and one silver medal at the 1986 European Athletics Championships, held in Stuttgart.
• Honored with the "Lifetime Achievement" award at the 2012 "BBC Sports Personality of the Year"
• His name was inducted into the IAAF Hall of Fame in 2012.
