Toni Kroos

Born on 4th January 1990, Toni Kroos is a much-publicised German footballer who plays for the club Real Madrid and Germany national team. He often plays as a midfielder.

His achievements:-

• Entitled as the Golden Player of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship in 2006
• Emerged as the Top scorer in the UEFA European Under-17 Championship of the year 2007 and was also honoured with Golden Ball for his astounding performance in the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup; the same year.
• Received the Fritz-Walter Gold Medal Category U18 in 2008 by the German Football Association
• Played a significant role in the team in winning the 2014 FIFA World Cup
• Is rated 9.79 out of 10 by the official statistical analyzer of the World Cup; Castrol Performance Index
• Chosen as the member of FIFA World Cup All-Star Team-2014
• Bestowed with the highest sports award of Germany "Silbernes Lorbeerblatt" in 2014
• He was the part of the team that secured the bronze medal in the UEFA European Championship of  2012 and 2014
• In the 2021–22 UEFA Champions League, Kroos clinched his fifth championship in the tournament, netting two goals across twelve matches.
