- Holds the World Record for remaining not out in 12 consecutive innings in ODI.
- Won the Man of the Match award in the Pakistan vs. Bangladesh Test match which was held at Arbab Niaz Stadium, Peshawar, Pakistan, in the year 2003.
- Won the Man of the Match award in the Pakistan vs. New Zealand Test match which was held at Basin Reserve, Wellington, New Zealand, in the year 2003.
