Ryan Giggs

Born on 29th November 1973, Ryan Joseph Giggs is a well-known Welsh football coach and former player who predominantly played for the Manchester United Club. He is the co-owner of Salford City Football Club.

His Achievements:-

• Winner of the PFA (Professional Footballer’s Association) Merit Award in 2016
• Awarded the Golden Foot for his astounding performance in football in 2011
• Won the prestigious PFA (Professional Footballer’s Association) Players’ Player of the Year title in season 2008-09
• Ryan was honored with the "Order of the British Empire" in 2007.The same year, he won the FWA (Football Writers’ Association) Tribute Award for his dynamic performance in the previous season
• Twice became the winner of the “Wales Player of the Year" in 1996 and 2006
• Giggs's name was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in the year 2005.
• Twice selected as "BBC Sports Personality of the Year" in 1996 and 2009
• Named as the "PFA (Professional Footballer’s Association) Young Player of the Year" for season 1991-92 and 1992-93
• Twice entitled as the "Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year" in 1990 and 1991
