Pirmin Zurbriggen was born on 4th February, 1963. He is a former ski racer who has represented Switzerland in various International skiing competitions predominantly participating in Downhill and Giant Slalom events.
His Achievements:-
- Two gold medals and one silver medal at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships of 1985, held in Bormio
- Earned two silver medals (in Downhill and combined events) and two gold medals (In Super G and Giant Slalom) in 1987 at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships, held in Crans-Montana
- Bagged two bronze medals in 1989 at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships, held in Vail
- One gold medal and one bronze medal at the 1988 Winter Olympic Games, held in Calgary
