Born on 13th July 2001, Khumanthem Ninthoinganba Meetei is an Indian Professional Footballer who plays for NorthEast United in the Indian Super League and India's National Under-20 Football Team. He was part of the AIFF Elite Academy batch preparing for the 2017 FIFA Under-17 World Cup hosted in India. After the tournament, he was selected to play for the Indian Arrows, a team owned by the All India Football Federation. He made his professional debut against Minerva Punjab on 5 December 2017.

- Played for India U-16 National Football Team between 2015 to 2017
- Represented the India U-17 team that participated in the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup
- In 2019, he was honoured with the Most Valuable Player Award for SAFF U-18 tournament.
