Mia Rosales St. John

Born on 24^th June 1967, Mia Rosales St. John is a Mexican-American professional boxer who has earned the title of World Boxing Council (WBC) champion.

A glimpse at her accomplishments so far:-

• Won the International Female Boxers Association Lightweight World title in 2005 by defeating Liz Drew. The match was held in San Juan Pueblo, New Mexico, USA.
• Won the IBA Continental Lightweight Title in August 2005 by defeating Donna Biggers. The match took place in Beijing, China.
• Became the WBC International boxing champion in 2008. The championship was held in Mexico.
• Awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Governor of Zacatecas, Mexico, in 2008.
• Awarded the "WBC Goodwill Ambassador" Award by WBC, in the year 2008.
