Marc Zwiebler

Marc Zwiebler was born on 13th March 1984. He is a well-known badminton player from Germany who has reigned the singles event of the German National Championships seven times. He is considered amongst the top badminton players in Germany.

Here are some of his career achievements:

• Earned a gold medal at the 2003 EBU European Junior Championship, held in Esbjerg
• Won a silver medal at the 2011 European Mixed Team Championship, in Amsterdam
• Again, bagged gold medals at the 2012 and 2006 European Men’s Team Championship, held in Amsterdam and Thessalonica, respectively
• Secured a gold medal at the 2012 European Championship, held in Karlskrona and bronze medals at the 2016 and 2010 European Championships, in La Roche-sur-Yon and Manchester, respectively
• Won a gold medal at the 2013 European Mixed Team Championship, in Moscow
• Earned a bronze medal at the BE European Men's Team Championships of 2018
