Alberto Ascari

Alberto Ascari was a multitalented Italian racer who won the Formula 1 world championship twice. He was born on 13^th July 1918.

Achievements and Accolades:-

• In 1952 and 1953 Ascari won two world titles back to back.
• In 1954, he won the legendary award of "Mille Miglia" for becoming one of Formula one racing’s most dominated and loved champion.
• In his honor, a street in Rome has been named after him.
• The well-known Automobile manufacturing company "Ascari Cars Ltd." is named in his honor.
• Ascari was inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame being one of the best racers of his time.
• Because of his careful precision and accuracy, he is regarded as one of the safest drivers in Motorsports.
