I have been in the fitness world for more than a decade now.I am working in this FITNESS industry last 18 years. I am internationally Certified Personal trainer. I am national player for IBPF. Initially, I prefer to have one on one sessions with my TRAINEE where I would learn how much one is willing to achieve. Then I will start with basic exercises without equipment and breathing techniques. Accordingly, I will make long term schedule and diet plan. I believe that the first change should be inside which then reflects outside. It's the change of mentality, not simply body transformation. Thus, I prefer serious clients who are more determined and willing to change.
