John Houston Stockton was born on 26th March 1962.He is an American retired professional Basketball Player. At present, he is the assistant coach of the Montana State University women's basketball team.
His Achievements:-
- Clinched a gold medal along with his team at the 1992 Olympic Games held in Barcelona
- Selected for the NBA All-Star 10 times between 1989 and 2000
- Received the all National Basketball Association Star Game “Most Valuable Player” award in 1993
- Again earned the gold medal at the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta
- Named amongst the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History, in 1996
- Twice nominated for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009 individually and 2010 as a team
