Born on December 28, 1983 in Brazil, Flávia Renata Delaroli Cazziolato is a National Record holding freestyle swimmer.

• Represented her nation Brazil at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics
• Winner of bronze at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships, held in Victoria
• Secured a silver and a bronze in 2003, a silver and a bronze in 2007, a silver medal in 2011 and a bronze medal in 1999 at the Pan American Games
• Delaroli broke a Brazilian record in the 50-meter freestyle Olympic pool with a time of 24.98 seconds on 17th December 2009.
• Delaroli also participated in the 2010 FINA World Swimming Championships in Dubai, where she finished 12th in the 50m freestyle, 22nd in the 100m freestyle and 8th in the 4 × 100m freestyle final.
• At the World Aquatics Championships in Shanghai in 2011, she placed 18th in the 50-meter freestyle and 13th in the 4 × 100-meter freestyle.
• Delaroli last competed in the 2012 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in Istanbul, where she made the 50m freestyle final, finishing 8th and the 4 × 100m freestyle final with 6th place.
