These are annual awards presented by Turkish daily "Milliyet" to recognize the highest achievements in sports made by the Turkish sports personalities. Milliyet conducts a poll each year to determine the winner.
The awards are bestowed in the following categories:-
- Athlete of the Year
- Sport People/Executive of the Year
- Manager of the Year
- Footballer of the Year
- Team of the Year
- World Athlete of the Year
