As a fitness trainer I help people to achieve their fitness goal through holistic approach of good nutrition and exercise. I first do a comprehensive evaluation of my clients physical fitness, food preferences, understand their needs, routine and then develop practical achievable training goal and program. I always set small targets and provide performance motivation to my clients. My training module has already helped people who have trained under my guidance. I constantly motivate my clients to achieve their goal and appreciate once they achieve it. My methodical way of workout give my clients a physical and positive mental strength.
I am a certified Yoga trainer from World yoga alliance with different versions of yoga like Hatha Yoga, kundalini Yoga , Kriya Yoga, Yoga Nidra.
