Fitness & training has been my passion and career choice.
I truly love what I do, and whether I’m working with an elite athlete, strengthening the body of a preteen, working with a pre/post-surgical patient or a senior who wants to discover the real fountain of youth, I will give my all to see them succeed.
I find that planning an individual program along with diet plan for a client and their circumstances while training correct technique has immeasurable benefits for both parties.
Anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be.
My focus is to pass on my excitement for fitness and help each client reach their individual goals with the proper knowledge, discipline and encouragement based around a personalized program.
As a trainer and coach, I will aim to challenge you, push you passed limits and reach goals while expanding your love for fitness.
