>MMA (Mixed martial art)which is the combination of Taekwondo, Karate, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Jiu Jutsu, Grappling, Kung Fu.
>Cross Fit or Cross Functional Training which is the combination of a variety of heavy tyre exercises along with Battle rope and hammer and also the combination of jumping and momentum exercises.
> Pilates which is purely core intensive exercises.
> Weight Loss programme.
We also have a speciality to maintain a quality environment for all age groups to come learn and enjoy and achieve their goals and craving for achieving more and more. We have dedicated batches for enthusiastic kids, Adults and senior adults to do workouts and attain peaceful state on body and mind.
